George Morrissey, the Broker of Property Services, Inc. used to visit rental properties as a kid in Southern Nevada as his father purchased homes during the late 60's and 70's. His father retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Col. and became a full time real estate broker.
Following in his father's footsteps George purchased his first rental property in 1976 as a teenager while playing tennis full time on an athletic Scholarship at UNLV setting some records. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science Finance degree with a concentration in real estate in 1980, George began managing property for others in 1981 as well as working as a full time real estate agent and investor.
There was a stretch of time when he managed 75 homes for five years by himself ? with no extra help ? as well as having a family and normal life! Later in 1996 opening his own brokerage he expanded to manage homes that rent from $5,900 a month to as low as $650.
Realizing that he had personally rented out over 1,000 homes in his career by 2001 the company took on a few agents.With no setup fees, vacancy fees or other "garbage fees" the long term clients get many benefits using the over sixty years of combined rental property investment experience from the staff. Each agent at Property Services, Inc. is also a full time rental home investor as they all own rental property themselves! Each agent is also a full time property manager and realtor for multiple clients and every agent has the special Nevada Property Management permit needed to manage other client's homes.
