Service Areas and Specialties
My real estate experience spans 30 plus years. My service area is Brevard County, Florida. I have worked with several clients with interests ranging from Commercial Real Estate to Residential Management and Leasing to Multi-family Properties to Investment Portfolios. I am unique in that my experience has touched so many aspects of real estate, not just one specific area. I will dazzle you with my customer service. You will be more than satisfied.
Professional Experience
Most of my years in real estate have been in the area of Property Management and later in my career as a Director of Real Estate. I am considered a Property Management Expert and my services have been utilized as such by Florida attorneys. I have overseen all operations, marketing activity and financial analysis for well over 5,500 apartment units, a few hundred condominium units, and over 280,000 sq ft of Commercial Real Estate. The properties were very unique and different from one another; from a 42-story high rise with commercial space, 870 residential units, 154-room hotel to mobile homes and theme, high-volume tourist-driven businesses throughout Florida. I have a wide range of expertise in construction, maintenance, roofing, pool care, lawn care, financial analysis, and marketing. I also owned a Real Estate Marketing Consulting company specializing in property management and affordable housing leasing throughout the state of Florida.
Nancy is on the Faculty for the Property Management Academy, teaching courses in Property Management that lead to the Professional Residential Manager certification. Nancy is one of a select group to be asked to be on the Faculty for the Academy from the state of Florida. Nancy has also served as an expert panelist on Property Management issues at the Florida Association of Property Manager's (FARPM) annual convention.
