  My name is Donald J. Leske II. I am a senior partner and Designated Broker of BCI Properties, LLC in Tacoma,
Washington and my wife Emily is a managing partner, Licensed Agent and
Transaction Coordinator. We help others to buy, sell and rent real estate. 
There are three things we focus on: 

 
1. Real Estate - Residential and commercial sales. 
2. Rental Property Management - residential, our own & clients. 
3. Investments - we invest in 1-5 houses a year personally and help others do
invest at their own level and pace. We know the ropes.

available. Donald J. Leske II is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and ABR certified
(Accredited Buyers Representative), and member of
the NWMLS & NARPM, plus the Washington & National Board of Realtors. Our oldest Son Don is also
a Licensed RE Agent as well as his wife Sarah and our younger son Ben is a Home Loan
Officer with The Legacy Group while his wife Staci Leske is an officer with
Wells Fargo Bank. These relationships allow us many advantages and knowledgeable
help in serving buyers &
sellers and property owners who need rental management.
