SS Property Management is a Southern California based company specializing in property management, accounting and leasing services.  We handle the greater Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Pasadena and Santa Clarita areas.  

             With over twenty years of experience behind us, we offer a boutique style of services to owners of multi-unit residential and commercial properties.  We also offer accounting services and leasing to other management firms, saving them overhead costs and time.

            SS Property Management is dedicated to serving the needs of property owners with outstanding customer service, full accountability and the highest ethical standards.  All our business relationships are built upon trust, mutual respect and consistent performance.  We strictly adhere to the Code of Professional Ethics which is enforced by The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
