- Commercial Properties -While we do not handle most commercial transactions in-house, we have a strong rapport with several commercial agents that will professionally handle any commercial transaction with a great referral fee given to you.
Loan Division
Our firm has a relationship with over 300 top lenders throughout the nation (from national leaders like Bank of America and WAMU to smaller, more specialized financial institutions like No Red Tape). The biggest benefits to having access to such a large lender-base are:
1. We can find the best programs and rates to meet the needs of any type of borrower. Whether buying, refinancing, or just opening an equity line of credit.
