I am the Broker/Owner of The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc. located in Port Richey, Florida. The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc. manages various types of rental homes including single-family, multi-family, small multiplexes and condominiums. We manage long term, seasonal and weekly rentals. I am also the Broker/Owner for a local real estate firm.
I am the Broker, Office Manager, Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Owner & Tenant Communicator and Accountant. I maintain consistent quality systems for all owners', tenants' and potential clients' to provide a professional, courteous, competent and focused atmosphere.
I entered the Real Estate industry in 1996 and began managing properties with in a couple of months as a result of the Broker's compelling invitation to become their property manager and have been actively involved ever since. Upon obtaining my Brokers' license in 2000, I was offered and purchased the property management accounts from the Real Estate Company I was Property Manager for and opened my own business.
I am currently a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and am on the Board of Directors for FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers). I was the VP of the local NARPM Spring Hill Chapter for 2003 and 2004 and I am currently the elected President of the local NARPM Spring Hill Chapter for 2006. I am also a member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Florida Vacation Rentals Managers Association. I am currently the West Pasco Board of Realtors Property Management Chairperson and I was voted in and inducted into the International Real Estate Hall of Fame for Property Management in 2004 at our local Board of Realtors.
I have recently earned the NARPM, R.M.P. designation and have achieved my Realtors G.R.I. designation.
I love to play golf and am very active with my son's baseball career and school.
